Nisha’s expertise, attention to detail and always being available made this a very smooth process. We got the house that we desired within our purchase range. This was particularly impressive given that we are relocating from California to Maryland and so Nisha had to manage a time difference as well. She is a seller's and buyer's agent. While conducting business with Laketa by my side I learned a few important facts about her that inspires me to continue future real estate opportunities with Laketa. She is respected in the community. Other agents, settlement companies. and brokers prefer working with her opposed to others. Most importantly, she is always on top of her work load and has the compasity to work with multiple clients all at once. Lastly, she is a trainer and educator. I personally witnessed Laketa train a team of new agents in a servant leadership manner. I have worked with many in the real estate industry and Laketa sets herself ahead of all others. She helped with staging the house and did things digitally, like using a system for informing the seller and agents when they would like to come and show your house (great for planning your time). She also provided some names of contractors to help with some of the work needed for the house and they were at reasonable rates and did a great job. During the contract phase, she also used a system to electronically sign certain documents needed prior to settlement. She asked to be cc on all correspondence you sent out which helped out at settlement. I had an issue with the title company not filling out the wire part for sending money for my settlement on the next day and she had it for me in a few minutes. This was something the title company should of done (selected by buyer), but she was able to help me quickly. Would recommend her to any one.

Sherri helped out when my realtor went out on maternity leave and it was a seamless transition and kept my realtor in the loop at all times so it was a group effort. I couldn't imagine a better team to work with.

She encouraged me to move forward with my initial goal, to sell my home, when I hit a snag and stopped the show. Nikki’s response to that, helped me to regroup and get back on track. She reminded me, that it was in my best interest, to sell. I felt as though my house was displayed adequately and thoroughly , to potential buyers, as there seemed to be no shortage of scheduled showings. She was very organized, especially in regard to the open house. Nikki was quick on the draw with sending documents to be signed. She expressed enthusiasm and positivity; she was polished, and dressed to the T. Initially, I felt as though her fee was too high for me, but in the end it seemed fitting. Her sign, however, became problematic, in my front yard, as it became lopsided, and I felt as though she didn’t take care of it, in a timely manner. When the buyer put in an offer, Nikki strongly suggested that I take it, although it was substantially lower than the listed price. I was excited about the offer because it seemed right, however, I’m not sure why she/we, didn’t counter it. At settlement, I was very happy with the proceeds. I had no qualms about it. She got my house sold, for me! Nikki also got me away from what had become an ongoing and extremely difficult living situation. It was one which was detrimental to my mental health, healthy wellbeing, and personal safety. Thank you.

I couldn’t have imagined I would have such a trusted partner in an agent who was there with me every step of the way with incredible patience and guidance. Her team was on top of making sure I had all of the required electronic documents, helped with inspection company recommendations and Nisha even met the inspector at the property and looped me in on FaceTime when I couldn't make it in town. She encouraged me to move forward with my initial goal, to sell my home, when I hit a snag and stopped the show. Nikki’s response to that, helped me to regroup and get back on track. She reminded me, that it was in my best interest, to sell. I felt as though my house was displayed adequately and thoroughly , to potential buyers, as there seemed to be no shortage of scheduled showings. She was very organized, especially in regard to the open house. Nikki was quick on the draw with sending documents to be signed. She expressed enthusiasm and positivity; she was polished, and dressed to the T. Initially, I felt as though her fee was too high for me, but in the end it seemed fitting. Her sign, however, became problematic, in my front yard, as it became lopsided, and I felt as though she didn’t take care of it, in a timely manner. When the buyer put in an offer, Nikki strongly suggested that I take it, although it was substantially lower than the listed price. I was excited about the offer because it seemed right, however, I’m not sure why she/we, didn’t counter it. At settlement, I was very happy with the proceeds. I had no qualms about it. She got my house sold, for me! Nikki also got me away from what had become an ongoing and extremely difficult living situation. It was one which was detrimental to my mental health, healthy wellbeing, and personal safety. Thank you.

Finding a legitimate home is not that easy. We found the hard way. With advice from Nikki we were able to make sound and wise decisions. In moving forward with the process.
